Description:
The glazed tile forming machine is a kind of cold roll forming equipment used for continuously rolling metal sheets. And it is typically used to manufacture glazed tiles of steel-structured buildings in constructional engineering.
Its raw material is coiled steel sheets. It can make special glazed tile sheets in different specification through the process of decoiling, continuous rolling, cold roll forming, and automatic fixed - length cutting of metal sheets.
The PLC control mode and AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology have been designed for this glazed tile forming machine. Continuously automatic production is available in this equipment. Thus, it is a new type of energy-saving and high-efficiency glazed tile forming machine used for steel-structure retaining plates.
Feature:
1. The supporting structure of roller is guiding column (or guide column).
2. The type of transmission is double-chain transmission
3. It is drove by electric motor. (There are dynamos in each section.)
4. Using the Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC control devices.
Production Cycle and Delivery Time:
60 days after receiving the down payment.
Payment:
30% paid by TT as the down payment, and 70% of the contract value paid by TT before shipment.
