Z Purlin Forming Machine
Description:
By adopting the PLC control mode and AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology, the Z purlin forming machine is a kind of cold roll forming equipment used for continuously rolling metal sheets.
It can make special shaped purlines with various kinds of specifications through the process of decoiling, leveling, continuous rolling, and cold roll forming. It can also achieve the coining of installing hole on the purlines.
Its raw material is coiled steel sheets, and its main components are decoiler, guiding system, leveling system, pre-cutting system, roll forming system, electric controlling system, hydraulic system, and bracket.
