Introduction:
As a new type of energy-saving and high-efficiency cold roll forming equipment, the double layer forming machine is design by applying the PLC control mode and AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology.
It is typically used to manufacture glazed tiles of steel-structured buildings in constructional engineering. And it can make special shaped profiling sheets in different specifications through the process of decoiling, continuous rolling, cold roll forming, and automatic fixed - length cutting of metal sheets. For steel structure building, it can be used in the production of wall or roof boarding of steel structure housing.

Features:
1. The supporting structure of the roller is guiding column.
2. It uses the double-chain transmission.
3. It is drove by dynamo. (There are dynamos in each section.)
4. Using the Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC control devices.

Production Cycle and Delivery Time:
60 days after receiving the down payment.

Payment:
30% paid by TT as the down payment, and 70% of the contract value paid by TT before shipment
