H Beam Welding Machine
Description:
The H beam welding machine is composed of assemblage machine, front submerged arc welding machine, upender machine, back submerged arc welding machine, and longitudinal rollgang.
It can be used to produce the H beam that will be applied in the construction of workshop. It achieves the fast assembling of H steel, the submerged arc welding, the rolling over 180, and the longitudinal transport of weldment.
By adapting technologies of the horizontal type vertical position welding, the tip assemblage, and the single double wire welding arc, we improve the welding speed of H steel, reduce the thermal deformation during the welding, and enhance the mechanical property of welding point obviously.
