Description:
The purlin profile forming machine is a kind of cold roll forming equipment used for continuously rolling metal sheets. Its raw material is coiled steel sheets. It can make special shaped purlines with various kinds of specifications through the process of decoiling, leveling, continuous rolling, and cold roll forming.
With the PLC control mode and AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology, it can also achieve the coining of installing hole on the purlines. Besides, it is high-efficiency equipment used for continuous producing of steel structure purlines.
It includes C purlin forming machine, Z purlin forming machine, and U shape forming machine.
Features:
1. It uses the double-chain transmission.
2. It is driven by dynamo, and there are dynamos in each section.
3. Using the Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC control devices.
4. By changing the spacer bush we can adjust the specification.
